To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during the UNIgreen BIP 2026, we have compiled the following answers to the most common questions from our participants.
1. Should I bring a laptop or a tablet?
Bringing a personal laptop or tablet is not mandatory. However, we highly encourage you to bring your own device if you prefer digital note-taking or find it more comfortable for interactive sessions and workshops.
2. Do I need to prepare my own lunch?
No, you do not need to worry about lunch. All lunches during the program are fully covered by UNIgreen. We aim to provide high-quality local options so you can focus entirely on your learning and networking experience.
3. Is there an additional fee to attend the evening parties?
We have two main social events, each with different arrangements:
- “Aperitivo Rinforzato” (Chiostri San Pietro): This event is fully sponsored by UNIgreen. Attendance and catering are free for all registered BIP students.
- Earth Day Party (April 22nd, 2026): Entry to the party is free of charge. For food and drinks, you may choose from the following “Consumazione” options:
- €10: 1 Drink + 1 Food item.
- €5: Drink only.
- €5: Food only.
- Note: If you wish to attend the party without any catering services, there is no cost involved.
4. Do I need to arrange my own transport for the Field Trip?
No. For the field trip to the Latteria Sociale San Giorgio of Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, UNIgreen has organized a shuttle bus service (round trip) for all participants. Additionally, a traditional lunch will be provided at Mulino in Pietra at no extra cost to the students.
